The Memorable Blaník Mountain
The Blaník Mountain is located 25 km away from Benešov.Blaník is a legendary Czech hill riddled with legends about the knights of Blaník. In fact, it is not only one, but two woody rocky hills - the Big Blaník (638 meters above see level) and the Small Blaník (564 meters above see level). At the foot of the hills is situated the municipality of Louňovice pod Blaníkem and the Blanice river (a tributary to the Sázava river) flows there.
